Paris Fashion Week abriu as festividades entre os dias 24 de Fevereiro a 3 de Março, na capital francesa e apesar da atmosfera quase apocalíptica que se vive em França.

Greve ou não, coronavírus ou não, a magia da moda “a la francesa” continua a encantar. Clare Waight Keller, Directora Artística da Givenchy, quis homenagear o Arthouse Beauty ou seja, o cinema da autora, a Nova Onda, as falecidas no ano passado, a grande realizadora Agnès Varda e a atriz Anna Karina.

A criadora inspirou-se da « beleza imperfeita de uma heroína misteriosa de cinema de autora ». Os looks evocaram o trabalho da fotógrafa portuguesa Helena Almeida, famosa pelas suas projecções de pintura em impressões fotográficas, e da artista italiana Ketty La Roca, uma das figuras famosas da arte corporal.

Os dois artistas valorizavam o seu corpo, no centro da sua arte. Clare Waight Keller oferece-nos uma bela visão da feminidade artística.
